By accessing or using Meals Matter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description & Subscriptions

Meals Matter provides meal planning and organization tools.

• Trial Period: You may use the service without payment for 30 days.
• Subscription: After the trial period, an active subscription is required to access your saved meals and plans.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Use. You may delete your account at any time, which will result in the immediate removal of your data.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Meals Matter is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meals Matter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meals Matter operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
